Responsibilities

• Attend to attendance and workforce management, monitor on-site personnel.
• Oversee timekeeping and Connecteam usage; resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor PPE and safety compliance and report concerns.
• Serve as primary contact for Sher workers at sites and resolve routine issues.
• Identify and coordinate worker terminations or removals when required.
• Identify vacancies, communicate needs to Recruiter, and ensure replacements report on-site.
