• Manage the full spectrum of workers' compensation claims from inception through resolution.
• Conduct legal research using LexisNexis and Westlaw.
• Prepare and file motions, depositions and pleadings with procedural accuracy.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers to favor clients.
• Draft contracts, pleadings and case summaries clearly articulating positions.
• Represent clients in hearings, mediations and trials.
• Maintain proactive client communication on case developments.
• Collaborate on complex cases involving general and commercial litigation.
• Manage case files with a focus on timely documentation.
