The Briarcliff Manor is seeking an experienced hospitality leader to join our management team as a Wedding & Event Venue Leader. This on-site role oversees weddings, private events, service operations, staff leadership, and client experience.

You will direct event flow, manage front-of-house teams, and collaborate with ownership on growth initiatives, delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced setting.

We are seeking an experienced hospitality leader to join our management team in a high-level, hands-on role overseeing weddings, private events, service operations, staff leadership, and client experience.

This is a leadership position for someone who thrives in fast-paced event environments, knows how to command a room, lead a team, solve problems under pressure, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The ideal candidate has strong banquet or event management experience and is equally comfortable managing live events, directing staff, and interacting with clients throughout the planning and sales process.

What You’ll Be Doing
