Job summary

Successions Technologies, Inc. is hiring an onsite FinTech Integration Engineer to work full-time on-site with a banking partner in the United States.

You will bridge operations between Successions and a sophisticated private banking environment, translating existing wealth transfer workflows into actionable product decisions. You will shadow bank teams, document end-to-end processes, and identify top design priorities.

Qualifications

• 4 to 8 years of experience in private banking operations, wealth management, estate planning, or a closely related field in the US.
• Direct experience with an American private bank, family office, or wealth management firm preferred.
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects with senior internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Shadow wealth advisors and bank teams on live succession cases to document workflows end-to-end.
• Map friction points across processes, data flow, and cross‑department coordination.
• Translate operational insights into structured product requirements for Successions.
• Produce monthly progress reports and end-of-partnership design documentation.
