Job summary

Beyond Wealth Management is seeking a Remote Support & Customer Success Specialist to serve as the frontline for client engagement. You will troubleshoot issues, guide onboarding, and collaborate with internal teams to improve the client experience.

This remote role emphasizes proactive client success, effective communication, and using CRM tools to track interactions and drive retention.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in a customer support, client success, or account management role.
• Resume-verifiable experience resolving client issues and managing support tickets in a remote setting.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot technical problems and explain complex concepts clearly.
• Experience using CRM and support platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Intercom) to track client interactions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional, client-first attitude.
• Comfort working in a remote position with minimal supervision and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, delivering timely and accurate responses.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical, operational, and account-related issues, escalating complex matters to appropriate internal teams when necessary.
• Proactively engage with clients to ensure they are maximizing the value of our investment tools and services.
• Onboard new clients by guiding them through platform setup, features, and best practices.
• Document and track client interactions, feedback, and issue resolutions within the CRM system to maintain accurate records.
• Identify patterns in client concerns and collaborate with product and operations teams to recommend process improvements.
• Monitor client health metrics and risk indicators to reduce churn and drive retention.
• Assist with the creation and maintenance of support documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
