Job summary

Advyzon is seeking a Technical Consultant to join our consulting organization and help onboard new clients to Advyzon's wealth management platform, guiding firms through configuration, training, and successful adoption.

The role blends technical aptitude with client-facing project management, requiring strong communication across stakeholders, collaboration with Product and Support, and a passion for fintech implementations. This hybrid role is based in the Raleigh area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2-5 years in onboarding, implementation consulting, technical consulting, customer success, or related role.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for non-technical audiences.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding engagements for RIAs and Broker Dealers.
• Configure platform settings and assist with system setup.
• Deliver virtual product demonstrations and training sessions.
• Monitor onboarding progress and identify risks to keep projects on schedule.
• Document client requirements and milestones across engagements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Relationship Management and Support.
• Contribute to onboarding documentation and training materials.
