Job summary

Veolia is seeking an experienced Field Service Representative to deliver on-site technical service as the primary liaison between Veolia and industrial customers. You will install, maintain, and troubleshoot chemical feed equipment and water treatment systems while building strong customer relationships through technical excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of instrumentation & electronics, plant operations/maintenance, or equivalent technical training.
• Valid driver''s license required.
• Preferred: Technical degree in Electrical, Electronic Technology, Instrumentation, or related discipline.
• Familiarity with water treatment processes and industrial equipment.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and service chemical feed equipment, pumps, controllers, and instrumentation systems at customer locations.
• Obtain samples and perform water testing, and enter data into the trending platform (Insight).
• Act as technical consultant providing expert recommendations, training, and solutions to customer management and technical teams.
• Perform water analysis, calibrate equipment, program controllers, conduct preventative maintenance, and diagnose/resolve system issues through remote support technologies and on-site interventions.
• Maintain detailed service reports, inventory management, and ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Support multiple customer sites within assigned territory, coordinating with sales teams for optimal service delivery.
