Job summary

Veolia Group is seeking a Field Service Representative to service water treatment systems across industrial sites. You’ll operate and optimize equipment such as RO, filtration, and chemical dosing, while performing preventative maintenance and analytical testing.

Knowledge of wastewater/water treatment, preventative maintenance, and strong English communication are essential. The role involves indoor industrial work with potential for site travel and safe handling of chemicals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience of service/maintenance in an industrial environment.
• Valid driver's license.
• Preferred: Bachelor's/Associate in Science/Engineering or technical certification in Instrumentation.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and optimize water treatment equipment performance.
• Perform preventative maintenance and calibration activities on pumps, blowers, and rotating equipment.
• Take samples and assist with lab testing (pH, COD, DO, Ammonia, etc.).
• Interpret lab data and adjust processes based on results.
• Use a forklift as needed for plant operations.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and chemicals; support mechanical/electrical troubleshooting.
• Create site documentation and provide customers with technical summaries of work.
