Job summary

Veolia is seeking a Field Service Representative to deliver on-site technical service for Chemical Solutions and Monitoring. You will install and service chemical feed equipment, perform water testing, and troubleshoot systems at industrial customer locations.

The role requires a technical degree and 2–5 years of instrumentation experience, plus a valid driver's license and willingness to travel across the territory.

Qualifications

• Technical degree/diploma in Electrical, Electronic Technology, Instrumentation, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline preferred; a high school diploma or GED is required
• 2-5 years of experience in instrumentation and electronics, plant operations/maintenance, or equivalent technical training
• Familiarity with water treatment processes and industrial equipment preferred
• A full valid driver's license and willingness to travel (learner's permit or G1/G2 class will not qualify)

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and service chemical feed equipment, pumps, controllers, and instrumentation systems at customer locations
• Obtain samples and perform water testing including pH, conductivity, hardness, silica, PTSA, etc., and enter data into Veolia's trending platform (Insight)
• Act as technical consultant providing expert recommendations, training, and solutions to customer management and technical teams
• Perform water analysis, calibrate equipment, program controllers, conduct preventative maintenance, and diagnose/resolve system issues
• Maintain detailed service reports, inventory management, and ensure all safety protocols are followed
• Support multiple customer sites within assigned territory, coordinating with sales teams for optimal service delivery
