Job summary

Veolia is seeking a Field Service Representative to deliver on-site technical service for chemical feed equipment and water treatment systems across multiple industries. You will install, calibrate, and troubleshoot equipment while building strong customer relationships through technical excellence.

The role requires a technical mindset, the ability to travel to customer sites, and strong communication skills to provide effective training and recommendations.

Qualifications

• Technical degree/diploma in Electrical, Electronic Technology, Instrumentation, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
• 2-5 years of instrumentation/electronics, plant operations/maintenance, or equivalent technical training.
• Familiarity with water treatment processes and industrial equipment.
• A full valid driver's license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and service chemical feed equipment, pumps, controllers, and instrumentation at customer locations
• Obtain samples and perform water testing and data entry into Veolia’s Insight platform
• Act as technical consultant providing expert recommendations, training, and solutions to customer management and technical teams
• Calibrate equipment, program controllers, perform preventative maintenance, and diagnose/resolve system issues on-site or via remote support
• Maintain detailed service reports, inventory management, and ensure safety protocols are followed
• Support multiple customer sites within assigned territory, coordinating with sales teams for optimal service delivery
