Job summary

Veolia is seeking a Field Service Representative to deliver on-site technical service for chemical feed equipment and water treatment systems. You will install, service, and troubleshoot equipment at multiple customer sites, collaborating with sales and support teams to ensure peak performance.

The role requires hands-on electrical/electronic skills, strong communication, and the ability to travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in instrumentation and electronics, plant operations/maintenance, or equivalent technical training.
• Familiarity with water treatment processes and industrial equipment preferred.
• Full valid driver's license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and service chemical feed equipment, pumps, controllers, and instrumentation systems at customer locations.
• Obtain samples and perform water testing; enter data into Veolia’s Insight platform.
• Act as technical consultant, providing recommendations, training, and solutions to customer teams.
• Perform water analysis, calibrate equipment, program controllers, conduct preventative maintenance, and diagnose issues on-site or remotely.
• Maintain detailed service reports, inventory management, and follow safety protocols.
