Job summary

Veolia Group is seeking an experienced Field Service Representative to deliver on-site technical service as the primary liaison between Veolia and industrial customers. You will install, maintain, and troubleshoot chemical feed equipment and water treatment systems while building lasting customer relationships.

This role requires hands-on problem solving across diverse sites, prioritizing safety and compliance, and offering expert recommendations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• 2+ years in instrumentation, electronics, plant ops/maintenance or equivalent training
• Technical degree/diploma preferred in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical fields

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and service chemical feed equipment and instrumentation at customer sites
• Perform water testing and data entry into Veolia’s trending platform Insight
• Provide expert recommendations and training to customer teams
• Calibrate equipment, troubleshoot, and perform preventative maintenance
• Maintain detailed service reports and ensure safety/compliance
• Support multiple customer sites within a territory, coordinating with sales for service delivery
