Job summary

Black & Veatch Family of Companies is seeking a Construction Project Representative for Water Piping/Mechanical in Arkansas. This on-site role serves as the day-to-day on-site representative of the Owner(s), coordinating with GC, subcontractors, and vendors to monitor progress and safety.

You will oversee QA/QC, permit management, document control, and coordination with design teams, while leading progress meetings and ensuring contract compliance.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil engineering with 10 years' experience
• 5+ years of Construction Management experience with degree, or 8+ years without
• Ability to complete pre-employment background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search as required

Responsibilities

• Be the day-to-day on-site representative of the Owner(s) and liaise with GC, subs, and suppliers
• Monitor job construction progress and safety
• Verify QA/QC requirements and permit compliance
• Review and certify GC Pay Applications and Change Orders
• Lead regular progress meetings and maintain project communications
