Job summary

Black & Veatch is seeking a Project Manager for our Water and Wastewater practice in Fayetteville, Arkansas. You will lead multi‑discipline teams and manage mid‑sized EPC projects, ensuring safety, schedule, budget and client satisfaction across the project lifecycle.

You will drive staffing, project performance, and coordination of engineering, procurement and construction resources while mentoring staff and supporting business development efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) License
• 10+ years program/project management experience
• Technical experience in water and wastewater treatment
• Business development and program/project management experience
• Advanced knowledge of engineering design principles and applicable design guides and standards

Responsibilities

• Lead staff and coordinate across engineering, procurement, construction and startup activities.
• Manage all aspects of small EPC/Service projects including risk, cost, schedule, quality, safety and client satisfaction.
• Provide staffing for projects and lead multi‑disciplinary teams.
• Coordinate activities with third‑party contributors and internal teams to achieve project goals.
• Oversee project performance, budgeting, invoicing, and contract compliance.
