Job summary

Merit Medical Systems is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor I for our South Jordan, UT facility. The role involves supervising warehouse activities across receiving, raw materials, finished goods and shipping to meet production and customer requirements.

Expect to lead teams, manage schedules, and maintain inventory accuracy while ensuring safety and efficiency. The position supports operations with cross-functional collaboration to optimize workflows, train staff, and achieve productivity goals in

Qualifications

• Education and/or experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field and one year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to supervise others in a team setting and plan schedules to meet production demands.
• Analytical skills to improve warehousing processes and procedures.
• Strong communication and training abilities to onboard new staff.
• Proficient computer skills including spreadsheets, word processing, and database software.

Responsibilities

• Supervises one or more warehouse activities to meet production, sterilization, delivery and customer requirements.
• Assigns work according to production and sales demand and interfaces with purchasing/planning.
• Ensures proper inventory procedures and accuracy from receiving to shipping.
• Maintains safety, cleanliness, and standard operating procedures in warehouse areas.
• Oversees performance, conducts evaluations, and participates in hiring and training.
