Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff activities (receiving, storing, picking, organizing, distributing).
• Maintain inventory levels through stock checks, cycle counts, and discrepancy reconciliation.
• Oversee shipping/receiving ensuring accuracy, quality and quantity of shipments.
• Enforce safety policies, perform regular safety inspections, promote a safety culture.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement changes to improve productivity and reduce costs.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
