Job summary

Malone Workforce Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for a Manufacturing facility near the Salt Lake City, Utah area. The role drives daily warehouse operations, safety, and on-time deliveries.

You will lead receiving, storage, picking, and shipping while maintaining inventory accuracy and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. A minimum of 2 years in warehouse leadership and SHES discipline is required.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, distribution, manufacturing or industrial operations is required.
Previous supervisory or team leadership experience required.
Strong understanding and commitment to Safety, Health, Environment & Security (SHES) standards.
Experience with inventory management, shipping, receiving, material handling, and warehouse operations.
Working knowledge of warehouse management systems, ERP systems, or inventory management software required.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day leadership and oversight of warehouse operations.
Coordinate warehouse activities and maintain inventory accuracy.
Support on-time customer deliveries and lead warehouse employees in safety, quality, and company procedures.
Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, staging, loading and shipping.
Monitor 5S standards and ensure a clean, organized warehouse.
Identify and resolve operational issues impacting production, inventory, or customer service.
Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on waste reduction and process standardization.
