Qualifications

• 5+ years of warehouse operations experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and WMS.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team in a high-volume environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification preferred.
• Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and warehouse compliance requirements.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-first attitude.
• Experience with Freestyle MOM or Odoo is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with cycle counts, audits, and stock reconciliation
• Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment and distribution processes
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized, and compliant warehouse environment
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including logistics, procurement, and operations
• Identify inefficiencies and assist in implementing process improvements to optimize warehouse productivity
• Strong computer skills to use inventory management system and Microsoft email
