Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 3+ years supervising employees in manufacturing, warehouse, or logistics.
• 2+ years leading a team.
• Analytical and technical computer skills to develop, maintain, and analyze data.
• Proficiency in warehouse software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be willing to work onsite, any shift; travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and optimize workflows in an automotive parts warehouse to support on-time order shipment.
• Define direction and resources to overcome department constraints on shift.
• Lead, train, and evaluate supervisors and staff to foster a high-performance culture.
• Enforce standardized work, processes, tools, and systems.
• Ensure safety compliance including GM's Workplace Safety System (WSS).
• Conduct safety audits and promptly address concerns/incidents.
• Engage in department/site-wide continuous improvement using GM's Global Manufacturing Systems (GMS).
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to troubleshoot and improve efficiencies.
