Job summary

General Motors seeks an experienced General Supervisor for the CCA Warehouse in Hudson, WI. You will lead a salaried and UAW workforce, manage day-to-day automotive parts order fulfillment, and drive safety, quality, and productivity goals.

You will mentor supervisors, balance resources, and coordinate across shipping, receiving, inventory control, and quality teams to achieve continuous improvement and efficient operation.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma and 3+ years supervising personnel in manufacturing, warehouse, or logistics.
• Experience managing a team for 2+ years and strong analytical/technical computing skills.
• Proficient with warehouse management software and MS Office; onsite work with possible travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and optimize departmental workflows to ensure timely customer order shipments.
• Lead and train supervisors and staff to sustain a high-performance culture.
• Identify gaps, root causes, and implement remedial actions on shift.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and standardized work processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to improve efficiency.
