You will drive cross-departmental coordination, enforce standardized processes, and support continuous improvement initiatives within GM’s warehouse network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 3+ years supervising employees in manufacturing/warehouse/logistics.
• 2+ years managing a team.
• Analytical and technical computer skills to analyze data.

• Monitor and optimize warehouse workflows to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Lead, train and evaluate supervisors and support staff.
• Ensure safety compliance and quality standards.
