Job summary

Relogistics is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee a site within a customer's distribution center. You will lead all site operations, build strong customer relationships, and drive employee engagement across shifts.

The role requires 5+ years in retail, distribution, or manufacturing, 3+ years in a supervisory role, knowledge of WMS, and proficiency with MS Office. Forklift certification and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of experience in retail management, distribution, supply chain, or manufacturing environments.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of WMS (Warehouse Management System) preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office products.

Responsibilities

• Manage all employees across shifts and size of 3–25.
• Communicate goals, manage schedules, and coordinate workloads.
• Maintain quality and safety standards at the site.
• Train and develop associates and ensure policies are followed.
• Manage customer relationships for the site.
• Assist with the new hire process with HR.
• Handle employee relations issues with Corporate HR.
• Analyze site data to drive continuous improvements.
• Draft reports and procedural instructions.
• Present information to managers, clients, and the public.
• Monitor performance and workload to meet expectations.
• Other duties as assigned.
