Job summary

Relogistics is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead an on-site operation within a customer distribution center in Florida. You will oversee the site, drive safety, quality, and employee engagement while maintaining strong client relationships.

Responsibilities include supervising shifts, coordinating workloads, training staff, ensuring standards, and partnering with HR for hiring and onboarding. Valid driver’s license for travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of experience in retail management, distribution, supply chain, or manufacturing environments.
• 3+ years of experience in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Manage all employees across shifts and site operations.
• Communicate goals, schedule work, and coordinate workloads.
• Maintain quality and safety standards at the site.
• Train and develop associates; ensure policy compliance.
• Manage customer relationships for the site.
• Collaborate with HR for hiring and onboarding.
• Analyze site data to drive continuous improvements.
