Job summary

Olympus Corporation of the Americas seeks an Inventory Control Specialist to manage inventory flow, perform cycle counts, and coordinate with QA and inbound/outbound staff. You will drive accuracy, execute audits, and support regulatory compliance.

The role requires hands-on warehouse experience, proficiency with SAP/WMi, and strong data tools like Excel and Power BI. Overtime may be needed; on-site in Breinigsville, PA with benefits package offered.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum two years in warehousing/distribution with emphasis on Inventory Control.
Overtime may be required to support business needs.
Ability to work under tight schedules with attention to detail and quality.
Knowledge of WMi and SAP systems; ability to learn new systems.
Strong MS Excel, Word, Power BI, and Showcase reporting skills.

Responsibilities

Perform inventory flow processes across transfers, work orders, and cycle counts.
Identify variances, investigate discrepancies, and notify supervisors of issues.
Conduct routine maintenance cycle counting and PI annual audits; perform re-counts.
Participate in internal and external audits.
Monitor non-conforming returns and execute dispositions in Salesforce.
Handle QA/RA quality movements, segregations, and stock returns.
