Job summary

Olympus Corporation in Center Valley, PA is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist for our warehouse operations onsite in Breinigsville. You will execute cycle counts, monitor finished goods, and coordinate inventory transactions with RA/QA, inbound and outbound teams to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates have at least two years in warehousing, proficient in SAP/WMi, Excel and Power BI, and comfortable with overtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum two years’ warehousing/distribution experience with emphasis on Inventory Control.
• Overtime may be required.
• Ability to work productively under tight schedules with attention to detail.
• Experience with WMi and SAP systems; able to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Accurately manages flow of inventory in transfers, work orders, kitting, and cycle counts.
• Identify and investigate variances; notify supervisors of discrepancies.
• Perform cycle counting and annual PI, plus recounts and adjustments.
• Participate in internal and external audits.
• Monitor non-conforming returns and execute dispositions.
• Handle RA/QA quality movements/holds as needed.
• Process Return to Vendor and Destruction orders.
• Ensure proper product status/SLOC and SOP adherence.
• Support process improvements for inventory slotting.
