Job summary

OSI Group is seeking an organized Inventory/Cycle Count Clerk to support administrative and cycle count duties within our facility. The role requires accuracy, teamwork, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include performing cycle counts using RF equipment, identifying discrepancies in inventory, and reporting findings to the supervisor. Safety procedures and compliance are essential in daily work.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with warehouse management systems or SAP is preferred.
• Basic understanding of inventory processes and cycle counting.

Responsibilities

• Understand systems and processes of all internal operations and the dynamics of all material movement within the facility.
• Accurately identify product and packaging dynamics.
• Identify conditions within the facility that are contributing to inventory inaccuracies.
• Use RF equipment to complete cycle counts.
• Identify mistakes/inconsistencies that may affect the overall accuracy of the inventory and report findings to supervisor.
• Follow safety policies, regulations, standards, and laws; participate in safety education and training.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
