W. W. Grainger, Inc. is hiring an Onsite Services Crib Associate (Full Time) for Indianapolis, IN. The role focuses on warehouse and inventory management, order processing, picking, packing, staging, and general maintenance to ensure a safe, clean work environment.

You will report to the On-Site Service Manager and work with a team to meet customer expectations, process backorders, and support loading and unloading as needed. Base pay is hourly and varies with location and experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience in related field.
• Lift 25 to 60lbs.
• Operate computerized scanning equipment and PC-based programs including SAP.
• Customer service and sales oriented.

Responsibilities

• Receive product from multiple sources including Grainger competitors; put away product and maximize cube space.
• Process backorders to fulfill customer orders and meet order ready times.
• Picks & stages customer orders to achieve our goals and Customer expectations.
• Pick and prepare orders for customer. (tracking items removed from crib)
• Perform inventory counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Grounds keeping and trash collection/disposal to provide a clean appearance for customers and employees.
• Support customer service by assisting customers picking up and loading product.
• Resolve customer problems promptly in a manner to retain and promote customer loyalty.
