Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics in Chino is seeking an on-site Logistics Associate to support client operations and ensure accurate loading of merchandise. You will serve as the primary on-site client contact and coordinate between the client and Crane Worldwide's operations network.

The role requires forklift certification, adherence to quality and productivity metrics, and the ability to complete paperwork promptly. E-Verify compliance and a high school diploma are preferred requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Three years related experience preferred.
• Minimum one year industry experience preferred.
• Forklift certified and able to pass E-Verify checks.

Responsibilities

• Load client merchandise accurately and promptly.
• Act as primary on-site contact with the client for escalation.
• Coordinate between client and Crane Worldwide network for operations.
• Escalate shipment issues to the client for prompt resolution.
• Manage client requests and ensure needs are met.
• Maintain client reports with accuracy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education
