Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Hayward, CA to load client merchandise accurately and politely, serve as the on-site client liaison, and escalate issues promptly to ensure quick resolution.

You will coordinate between clients and Crane Worldwide network, maintain documentation, and support reporting accuracy while meeting quality and productivity metrics.

  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, fractions and decimals.
  • Ability to read, comprehend and complete basic checklists, forms or other related documents.
  • Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner.
  • Balances individual responsibilities.
  • Consistently at work and on time.

Responsibilities

Physical Requirements
  • Stand or sit for long periods of time
  • Reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, crouch and frequently required to climb or balance
  • Regularly lift and/or move 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move 50 pounds by hand
  • Ability to drive a forklift and become certified by Crane Worldwide
Education & Experience
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Three years related experience preferred.
  • Minimum one year industry experience preferred.
CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSES
  • Must be forklift certified

California State required disclosure: Salary range for this position is between USD $18.00 and $24.00 per hour.
