Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking an Associate ProAssure Systems Specialist to support the Vocera solution at the Erie site. You will train nurses and clinicians, manage databases and servers, and ensure data integrity and smooth operation for end users.

You will document processes, perform troubleshooting, and collaborate with clinical teams and Vocera support to resolve issues, while maintaining clear records and user-satisfaction programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or in lieu of degree, 6+ years additional relevant work experience.
• Preference for degrees in Nursing, Business or IT.
• Minimum 2 years clinical or healthcare IT (HIT) experience required.
• Must be a US Citizen.
• Experience supporting clinical end users through rounding and training.
• Experience with clinical workflow analysis and design.

Responsibilities

• Train nurses and clinicians on Vocera hands-free communication product.
• Manage multiple Vocera databases and maintain data integrity.
• Update Vocera servers and collaborate on backups, security and disaster recovery.
• Maintain Vocera devices inventory and RMA process.
• Provide on-site end-user training and knowledge transfer.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with Vocera support and customer teams.
• Document issue status and resolutions using case management software.
• Develop and administer end-user satisfaction programs per guidelines.
