Job summary

System One is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator for an onsite role in Allentown, PA. This contract position (5 months with potential extension or conversion) entails managing visitor logistics, badge issuance, and front-desk support in a GMP-regulated facility.

Responsibilities include handling visitor logs, escorting guests, and coordinating conference room scheduling and catering. Onsite work with a reliable 7:30 AM–4:00 PM schedule and a pay rate of $18.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years in reception, hospitality, security, or coordination.
• Strong communication/customer service skills; comfortable with calendars/software.
• Able to stand/walk for extended periods; occasional lifting up to 25 lbs.
• Pharma/biotech experience a plus (not required).

Responsibilities

• Create/manage visitor badges; verify identity and required screenings.
• Maintain accurate visitor logs.
• Escort visitors through approved areas; ensure PPE and site rules are followed.
• Coordinate conference room scheduling and catering; set up/reset meeting spaces.
