Job summary

Dynamis is seeking a CENP Victim Notification Analyst at FBI Headquarters in Washington, DC to provide daily strategic, administrative, and analytical support to the CENP Coordinator. The role requires top‑secret clearance and strong knowledge of victim notification procedures under federal statutes.

You will develop subject matter expertise, create SOPs, train other analysts, and liaise with law enforcement and federal partners to ensure accurate victim data handling and reporting.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant experience substituted
• Minimum of two years in a professional environment
• One year each of MS Word and MS Outlook experience
• One year MS Excel with features: data entry, sorting, Text-to-Columns, Concatenate
• One year MS SharePoint experience
• Program and project management experience
• Ability to coordinate and lead meetings and calls
• Experience creating and giving formal presentations
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork
• Strong critical thinking to complete tasks with minimal oversight

Responsibilities

• Provide daily strategic, administrative, and analytical support to the CENP Coordinator
• Develop subject matter knowledge on notification of child exploitation victims in relation to federal statutes
• Create and maintain SOPs of CENP analyst duties and processes
• Provide training and guidance to other CENP and VNS analysts
• Gatekeeper of public-facing shared mailboxes; document communications
• Liaise with internal and external partners to facilitate information sharing
• Review and quality-check CSAM data from NCMEC, LE, VSPs
• Review and track NPFs and VNE; report statistics
• Update records in CENPTS and VNS; document changes
• Generate and track VIRs to FBI and federal partners
• Compile data for VSP alerts on victims nearing majority
• Conduct internal audits and resolve data gaps across systems
