Job summary

SunStrong Management LLC is seeking an Onsite Vendor Program Manager to serve as the day-to-day liaison at the subservicer, driving SunStrong initiatives onsite and ensuring alignment across vendor and internal teams. The role requires critical review of presentations and reports and translating direction into actionable work for vendor teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, or project management.
• Strong written and verbal communication with C-suite exposure.
• Experience with vendor relationships, SLAs and KPIs, and cross-functional alignment.
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint; ability to build trackers and status reports.

Responsibilities

• Serve as onsite liaison between SunStrong and vendor teams to push directives.
• Maintain project plans, milestones, owners, due dates; escalate risks as needed.
• Communicate changes in both directions; log decisions and open items.
• Coordinate onsite visits, training, logistics, and post-training follow-up.
• Review slides and reports for accuracy and alignment with objectives; flag gaps.
• Explain SunStrong initiatives to vendor teams to keep activities aligned.
• Observe operations onsite, identify gaps, training needs, and report findings.
• Gather SLA/KPI data and work with analysts on corrective actions.
• Lead or support recurring status meetings and maintain contact lists and notes.
