Job summary

SunStrong Management, LLC is seeking an Onsite Vendor Program Manager to serve as the day-to-day liaison between SunStrong’s internal teams and the vendor at our Phoenix subservicer location. This role drives initiatives, tracks milestones, and ensures clear, actionable work is delivered onsite.

You will review slides and reports, escalate risks, coordinate visits and training, and maintain rigorous project trackers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, PM, or related field; relevant experience may substitute.
• 3+ years in project/program management, vendor management, or operations coordination with a track record of delivering initiatives.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with experience engaging C-suite and senior executives.
• Ability to critically review presentations, reports, and performance data for accuracy and business sense.
• Working knowledge of vendor relationships, SLAs, KPIs, and how operations tie to outcomes.
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint for trackers and status reports.

Responsibilities

• Act as SunStrong’s onsite liaison between internal departments and the vendor teams.
• Maintain project plans, milestones, owners, and due dates; follow up and escalate blockers.
• Communicate process, policy, system and priority changes clearly in both directions.
• Coordinate onsite visits and training, schedule agendas, and track attendance.
• Review vendor and internal status updates for data accuracy and alignment with SunStrong objectives.
• Share context and reasoning behind SunStrong initiatives with vendor teams.
• Observe operations to identify gaps and report findings to leadership.
• Support performance monitoring by gathering SLA, KPI data and coordinating corrective actions.
• Lead or support recurring status meetings and maintain contact lists and meeting notes.
