Job summary

Solid Rock Recruiting, LLC. is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Project Manager in Sioux Falls, SD to lead projects from kickoff to closeout. This role requires coordinating field crews, subcontractors, vendors and engineers to meet schedules and budgets.

You will read drawings, review specifications and contracts while managing costs, RFIs, submittals and change orders. A valid driver’s license and strong communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of commercial HVAC Project Management experience.
• Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems and mechanical construction.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial HVAC projects from kickoff through closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
• Coordinate with field crews, subcontractors, vendors, engineers, and general contractors.
• Review project drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
• Order materials and coordinate equipment deliveries.
• Track project costs and maintain profitability.
• Conduct jobsite visits and support field operations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and project teams.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
