Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in system operations, data processing, or related fields.
• On-site work in Plano, TX with business users.
• Hands-on experience with Varicent or similar incentive/commission systems.
• Proficiency with Alteryx Designer for data transformation and workflow automation.
• Understanding of enterprise data pipelines and platforms (DataHub or equivalent).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication with non-technical business users.
• Ability to collaborate with external vendors and cross-functional teams.
• English proficiency for global stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily on-site support to business users and resolve Varicent-related issues.
• Serve as the primary communication channel between business stakeholders and IT teams.
• Collect, analyze, and document requirements for system improvements.
• Support user communication, training, and guidance during monthly incentive cycles.
• Collaborate with Varicent's vendor Argano and internal teams to ensure stability.
