Job summary

BTI Solutions in Plano, Texas is seeking a Business Systems Analyst for Varicent Operations to provide on-site support for Samsung’s incentive compensation management system, partnering with business users, IT, and external vendors to resolve issues and ensure accurate data processing.

The role manages data flows from Samsung’s DataHub, develops and maintains Alteryx workflows for data cleansing and automation, and coordinates with Argano for system enhancements and defect resolution to sustain

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in system operations, data processing, or business support.
• Ability to work on-site in Plano, Texas.
• Hands-on experience with Varicent or similar incentive/commission systems.
• Proficiency with Alteryx Designer for data transformation and workflow automation.
• Understanding of enterprise data pipelines and DataHub or equivalent.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication with non-technical business users.
• Ability to collaborate with external vendors and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily on-site support to business users and resolve Varicent issues.
• Serve as the main communication channel between business and IT teams.
• Collect, analyze, and document requirements for system improvements.
• Develop and maintain Alteryx workflows for data cleansing and automation.
• Ensure data accuracy for Varicent ingestion and incentive calculation.
• Coordinate with Argano and internal teams for defect resolution and testing.
• Create and maintain documentation for procedures and data flows.
