The role requires Alteryx expertise and strong communication with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in operations or data processing, hands-on Varicent experience, and familiarity with enterprise data

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of system operations, data processing, or business support experience.
• Hands-on experience with Varicent or similar incentive/commission systems.
• Proficiency with Alteryx for data transformation and automation.
• Understanding of enterprise data pipelines and platforms (DataHub).
• Strong communication skills for non-technical users and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily on-site support for Varicent-related operational issues at Plano location.
• Serve as liaison between business users and IT teams; manage stakeholder communications.
• Collect, analyze, and document requirements for system improvements or changes.
• Develop and maintain Alteryx workflows for data cleansing and transformation.
• Coordinate with Argano and internal teams on defects, testing, and enhancements.
• Ensure data accuracy for Varicent ingestion and incentive calculations.
• Create and maintain procedures and troubleshooting documentation.
