Job summary

Woongjin is seeking a proactive Varicent Operations Support Specialist to deliver on-site operational support for the Varicent incentive management system in Plano, TX. You will work directly with business users, IT, and partners to ensure timely issue resolution, accurate data processing, and smooth incentive cycles.

You’ll handle data loads from DataHub, create Alteryx workflows, coordinate with Argano, perform testing, and document processes to sustain system reliability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in system operations, data processing, or business support.
• On-site work in Plano, Texas with business users.
• Hands-on Varicent or similar incentive management experience.
• Proficiency with Alteryx Designer for data transformation.
• Understanding enterprise data pipelines like DataHub.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily on-site support to business users for Varicent operations.
• Coordinate between stakeholders and IT for issue resolution.
• Document business requirements for system improvements.
• Support users during monthly incentive cycles and system updates.
• Execute data loads, calculation cycles, and workflow monitoring in Varicent.
• Develop and maintain Alteryx workflows for data cleansing and automation.
• Investigate data discrepancies with data engineering teams.
