Job summary

Woongjin, Inc. is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to provide on-site operational support for the Varicent incentive management system.

You will work directly with business users at the Plano location, ensuring timely issue resolution, accurate data processing, and effective communication across business teams, IT, and external partners. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in system operations, data processing, business support, or related fields.
• Hands-on experience with Varicent or similar incentive/commission management systems.
• Proficiency with Alteryx Designer for data transformation and workflow automation.
• Understanding of enterprise data pipelines and platforms (DataHub or equivalent).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with non-technical business users.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily on-site support to business users, addressing inquiries and resolving Varicent-related operational issues.
• Serve as the primary communication channel between business stakeholders and IT teams.
• Collect, analyze, and document business requirements for system improvements or process changes.
• Support user communication, training, and guidance during monthly incentive cycles or system updates.
• Execute operational tasks within Varicent, including data loads, calculation cycles, workflow monitoring, send workflow acknowledgements and validation activities.
• Identify system defects, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate resolution with Argano and internal technical teams.
• Conduct functional testing for new features, enhancements, and bug fixes.
• Develop and maintain Alteryx workflows for data cleansing, transformation, and automation.
• Process and validate data received from company internal DataHub platform.
