Job summary

Edwards, a division of Atlas Copco, seeks an Onsite Service Engineer to install, commission, maintain and troubleshoot Edwards vacuum products at customer sites. You will work with field teams to deliver high-quality service, focusing on safety and customer satisfaction in fast-paced environments.

Required are a high school diploma and 1–3 years in relevant technical fields; AS degree preferred. Strong English communication and problem-solving abilities are essential, with proficiency in

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; AS degree preferred or full military equivalent may substitute.
• 1–3 years of equivalent experience in technical fields such as electronic, mechanical, chemical, gas, refrigeration, or basic vacuum.
• Ability to read technical documentation and interpret drawings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver frontline support for installation, commissioning, maintenance and troubleshooting of Edwards products.
• Maintain safety and quality standards while delivering customer satisfaction and teamwork.
• Record data and write reports using computer software.
