Intuit, Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will act as a trusted advisor, providing tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support while helping grow our local client base.

Responsibilities include conducting discovery sessions, delivering personalized tax planning, and creating a positive customer experience that fosters long-term relationships within the community.

Qualifications

• Active EA, CPA, or attorney license required and PTIN on file.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ fed/state 1040 tax returns per season using professional software.
• Must reside in the United States and be willing to work onsite at TurboTax locations.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and plan for future taxes.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience, building trust and long-term client relationships in-person and via Intuit tools.
