Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to provide in-person tax preparation and advisory services at Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will engage with clients, deliver tax solutions, and grow the local TurboTax client base with strong community presence.

You will work on-site, serving as a trusted advisor, using TurboTax products to assist customers, and contributing to a positive customer experience while aligning with Intuit’s mission and marketing support.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation services for TurboTax customers, including advice and software support.
• Conduct discovery/tax reviews to uncover deductions and plan future tax outcomes.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in person at TurboTax Retail locations.
