Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States, helping customers with tax return preparation, advice, and software support. You will grow the client base and collaborate on local marketing initiatives to build trust and long-term relationships.

The role blends tax proficiency with community engagement, offering a front-facing retail environment and opportunities for content creation and local outreach.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have or be able to obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Able to build local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert and create tax content.
