Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as TurboTax Retail Experts at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full service tax return preparation, tax advice, calculations, and software/product support to in-person customers.

As a trusted advisor and on-site ambassador, you’ll grow the local TurboTax client base, build relationships, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience while adhering to company policies.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license required.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per season using professional software.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location and able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support for TurboTax customers.
• Grow TurboTax client base within the local community and establish long-term relationships.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and assist clients with tax planning and complex tax scenarios.
