The role emphasizes client relationships, community engagement, and a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience. You will build trust with individuals and small businesses, helping with complex tax scenarios and planning.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years preparing 1040 returns (federal/state) with software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory areas.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office 20+ hours weekly.
• Must complete training and wear provided uniforms.
• Interest in building local community presence and content.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; holistic tax advisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services beyond tax filing.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and virtually.
• Maintain professional standards and collaborate with specialized teams.
