Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking a TurboTax - Local Service Expert to deliver comprehensive tax preparation and expert advice at a local TurboTax location. You will service in-person and virtual clients, absorb context, and collaborate with a broad team to provide end-to-end Intuit experiences.

You will also act as a community ambassador, grow the local client base, and guide clients to complementary services like bookkeeping and payroll. Strong communication and on-site availability are essential.

Qualifications

• Active EA/CPA/Attorney credentials preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season.
• Willing to work onsite 20+ hours/week during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach and community events.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams for full-service support.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience across in-person and virtual channels.
