Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax - Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will perform full-service tax return preparation, provide expert tax guidance, and collaborate with a team of specialists to deliver a seamless end-to-end experience for clients, from discovery to resolution.

You’ll grow the local TurboTax client base and represent the company in the community, while maintaining on-site hours and adherence to training and uniform policies.

Qualifications

• Must reside in the United States and be able to work onsite.
• 3+ years preparing federal/state returns (30+ returns/week).
• Active PTIN and eligible to file taxes.
• Willing to training in additional services.
• Ability to work 20 hours/week min between 8am-5pm.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete returns for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach and community events.
• Coordinate with specialists to address complex tax scenarios.
• Deliver high-quality customer experience in person and virtual.
• Assist with marketing and adoption of Intuit services.
