Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will prepare taxes, give advice, and grow the local client base while delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

The role requires a licensed tax professional (EA/CPA/attorney), PTIN active, and a min. 20 hours/week on-site. Uniforms and local community engagement are expected.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses/certificates.
• Minimum 3 years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail location, Sunday–Saturday, min 20 hours/week.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally as a community ambassador and engage with prospects to develop long-term client relationships.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for TurboTax customers, including complex scenarios.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and help clients plan for future tax needs.
