Job summary

Intuit seeks year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to serve customers in-person at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support, while building local client relationships and contributing to community outreach.

Active tax credentials (EA/CPA/attorney) and at least 3 years of filing experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax law.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual returns per tax season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours per week, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador representing TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
